Khris is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable across the board. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and with patience. We are confident we made the right decision going with him for our basement waterproofing project after meeting with several different companies. EXCELLENT service, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and FAIRLY PRICED. I called last minute on a Friday evening for an emergency sump pump leak. When I called someone picked up the phone right away and had someone come right out to my house within 20mins! This is the second time I used this company. The first time I used them, I thought I had flies coming in through my sump pump and I called (5) other places before calling Reliable Basement. Again, it was on a Friday evening and they still treated my call as a valid concern and had someone come right out. There ended up being no flies but he ended up servicing my sump pump and doing yearly maintenance on it and didn’t charge me extra. Great experience both times and will continue to use them. Highly recommend!

Khris was professional, knowledgeable, and came right out to assess the work needed for garage wall crack repair. He even came back out the next day at short notice to assess another area that I thought of after he had already left. He was able to schedule the work quickly, within about a week. He arrived promptly and did a thorough and tidy job completing the work, explaining the whole process to me and walking me though the areas repaired. I highly recommend Reliable Basement Waterproofing.

Khris and his team recently completed a multi-part project at our property that included replacing our bulkhead, replacing our sump pump and filling/repairing cracks in our basement floor and foundation/walls. From arranging a visit to assess/quote the project, to scheduling to when the team was onsite- it's been a really great experience. They are timely, polite, detail oriented and great to work with. They took the time to regularly walk us through what they did for the day they were here and then walked us through the finished product. We'll continue to work with them for servicing and a follow up project. Thanks for all you did for us, Khris & Team.
