We had a fantastic experience with Elmer and 7R Basement Waterproofing. After dealing with some water in our basement I scrambled to find someone who could help us fix the problem. Elmer arrived promptly, assessed our issue and put together a solution that would fix the issue at a very reasonable price. On the day the works started, Elmer and his team arrived at 8AM and were complete by 4PM. I am so impressed with Elmer in many ways. I had a leak in my hatchway that was running into the rest of the basement. Elmer came out to provide an estimate almost immediately. I had other estimates that were way higher than Elmer's and I had a better feeling about Elmer. Well, I made the right decision having Elmer do the job. He is so easy to work with and he did a great job at a MUCH lower price.. Extremely conscientious. I highly recommend him and his crew.
