October of 2024 802 Waterproofing & Foundation repair did some work re-blocking a damaged foundation on my home in a difficult corner area and along part of a bearing wall. In addition to the foundation work they also removed a large area of heaved up, severely cracked two car garage flooring, replacing it with a newly poured and finished mono-slab, all work was done properly installing a vapor barrier, steel mesh and reibar for concrete reinforcement as well as installing a new support column to replace the old damaged one. They were excellent to work with, providing a prompt written estimate with pricing much better compared to others in my area and communicated well prior to the scheduled date to do the work and throughout the job. They arrived on time the day work was scheduled to be done for the week, everyone was pleasant to interact with and they did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed. Ray and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, provide stellar customer services and have the ability to do both large and small jobs. I am extremely happy with the completion of my project, including the reasonable overall cost. His pricing is very reasonable given what you get. You can tell his workmanship is very important to him. While he was working on my foundation, neighbors were walking by shaking his hand thanking him for the good work he had done on their properties. This alone speaks volumes on both his character and workmanship. Given the price, the workmanship, and the easy manner in which it was to work with both Ray and his crew, I would find it hard to find anybody who could match what this company delivers.
