Incredible communication and integrity! They went well above and beyond and did an exceptional job. I was nervous because it’s such a costly project, but I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you for taking care of me and doing such a great job!
These guys are top notch! From start to finish Twin State was on top of it. I had water coming into my basement and wasn’t sure what to do. I called these guys up and they knew exactly what I needed. We hired Twin State for a crawl space encapsulation project. Any time I find a contractor that does great work I make sure to leave a review to help other home owners find the same success. Saudin and his team do great work, highly recommend!
Twin State Basement Services did a great job installing a PowerBrace system in my basement. Saudin was extremely knowledgeable, and came out to my house to check things out. He was able to fully explain a lot of things relevant to homes here in the Burlington area, and at no point did I feel pressured into buying anything. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. The work was completed on time, everything was left clean, and I feel much more confident about the stability of my foundation. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!
