A-1 Glass Service

I submitted my project request on their website (not a difficult job…just replacing one window pane) and was informed that someone would contact me within 48 hours. After a week I called them and they seemed to be unaware of my request (although while on the phone they “found it” and we set a time for them to come out and look at the job. Without any call or text they arrived 45 minutes late! They looked at the window, took a measurement and said they’d send me a quote soon. We’re about 2 + weeks out and still no word. I’ve experienced enough so far to know that shame on me if I think this guy would even show up if I “did” give him my business! Time to move on!

Highly recommend this business. Needed two windows repaired Evan is very professional and thorough, and got it done quickly. And the prices were reasonable.

Called with a broken window and they were able to come out very quickly to look at. Needed to take it back to the shop to repair but amazingly had it back to me in a few hours. They were willing to work on windows I didn’t buy from them unlike the prior calls I made. Very professional and reasonably priced highly recommend!
