Stay away from this company if you want peace of mind. Their technicians are independent contractors and offer extremely poor service. I called company yesterday for my HVAC and technician told me a loose wire contact was the cause. He pushed it in and it started working. He didn't run any test. Soon when he left the heater stopped working. He spent more time in his car writing the invoice. Also he told me his credit card machine was malfunctioning. I didn't know that the company was tracking his GPS location to see how long he was at my property. Super poor Service. I am still without heat and A/C is not working either. I called company again and they said I need to pay $295 if a technician is going to step on my property. My unit gets serviced yearly. Your company is not the ony approved service company. CON JOB. You are just a ripoff company' plain and simple. Check your records for past services before I moved in. Don't justify your poor service. Good luck ripping people off at Spring Village. Please stay away if you live in Spring Village.

Complete crooks, they told me how much it would be to fix the problem and after they were done, they charged me twice as much as the price they gave me. I would not recommend nor use em again.

They charged me $1500 for a part I did not order and refused to fix the issue. I called a handy man and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue for half the price.

Avoid this place. If they know what's the problem and easy to fix. Still they not fix in first time. And they come again to fix that and charges to you again for that visit 150$. Horrible experience.
