I was looking for more information about your services online but couldn’t find a website. It would be helpful for customers to see pricing, hours, and details online.

Highly recommend! We had a terrible experience with our local HVAC company when our central air unit needed to be replaced. After trying 5 other companies, we called Complete Comfort (which is over an hour away) and we’re immediately impressed with them. The woman who answered the phone, Annie, was very friendly and understanding of our situation. An absolute pleasure to talk to. We called on a Friday afternoon and they were out first thing Monday morning to look at it. They were completely up front about what the problem was and the solution. We scheduled a time for them to come out the next week. They ended up with a change in schedule and were able to come out 2 days sooner than we expected (extra bonus!). The guys came out and were just as friendly and efficient. The entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional!

We lost heat in the middle of the first snow storm of the season. Best call I could have made was to Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling. We requested a number of estimates from local HVAC contractors and Complete Comfort Heating & Cooling were by far the best. They were reasonable, professional and quality contractors. Curt (the owner) came out to look at the job and was very personable. He also listened to your needs and did not try to upsell the best equipment and service to make an extra buck. They installed a brand new central air A/C system in a 1940s colonial home and conserved a lot of closet space. Their employees made sure the job site was as clean as when they started.
