I had a problem with my fireplace brick lining and I needed the pipes cleaned. I called Donahue Chimney Services, sent some pictures by text and Rich essentially diagnosed my problem over the phone. He has a wealth of knowledge about fireplaces & chimneys. We setup an appointment. He confirmed shortly before he arrived (on time). Very professional -- clean, equipment in good shape, used drop-cloths, respectful of my home. He spent about an hour cleaning and repairing everything. The price was very fair. A very good overall experience for me and I would highly recommend Donahue Chimney Services.
