ForgeMaster Chimney Sweeps

Frederick and Roger inspected my chimney and fireplace and clearly explained what they found, including the condition, safety concerns, and the best repair options. They answered all of my questions in simple terms and helped me understand what chimney work may be needed to keep everything working properly. The whole experience with Forgemaster Chimney Sweeps was smooth from scheduling through the inspection, and the customer service was excellent.

My chimney had not been swept in a long time, so I called for a chimney inspection after a referral from a local community group. Roger asked a few helpful questions, gave me an estimate, and scheduled a service visit. When Roger arrived with Jared and Derek, they checked the inside and outside of the chimney, along with the flue and venting connected to my boiler system. After a careful inspection, Roger explained that the chimney was in great shape and did not need a cleaning at this time. He could have easily done an unnecessary chimney sweep and charged me anyway, but instead he was honest and straightforward. I really appreciated the clear explanation, friendly attitude, and professional approach. It is rare to find this level of integrity and care. I was impressed by how thorough the inspection was and how much time they took to answer my questions about chimney maintenance and future service needs. Excellent service and outstanding professionalism.

I would highly recommend Forgemaster Chimney Sweeps for any chimney sweep, fireplace, or wood stove service you may need. Jared recently replaced my old wood stove insert with a newer, more efficient model and made the whole process easy to understand. Throughout the job, he explained each step clearly, from removing the old insert to fitting the new unit and checking the venting for safe draft and proper operation. jared answered all of my questions and concerns, replied quickly to emails, and was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The work area was kept clean, the installation looked great, and the fireplace now works much better. i will definitely reach out again in the future for chimney cleaning, inspections, or any other fireplace issues because the service was reliable and the results were excellent. it was a very smooth experience from start to finish.

I found Forgemaster Chimney Sweeps through an online search, and the customer service was excellent. Roger and Derek were professional, friendly, and clearly knew their chimney and fireplace work. They explained everything in simple terms, shared helpful advice for safe fireplace use and routine chimney care, and made the whole visit easy and stress-free.
