Its website lists a service area that runs from Providence, Cranston, Pawtucket and Johnston to Boston, Cambridge, Newton and Quincy. A customer who noticed deterioration on the outside of a chimney said the technician did a thorough inspection, found a few areas that needed attention, and that they repaired the damaged sections and sealed everything up. A customer who booked an inspection said they checked everything from the top down, pointed out a couple of things the customer would not have noticed, and called the crew friendly and easy to work with. One customer said long-overdue chimney maintenance came with a clear explanation of the work, and everything was left neat afterward.
