The written word-of-mouth is thin. Google shows 4.4 from seven ratings, and only two of those carry text. In a March 2026 review a homeowner credited Ryan with managing a home remodel so there were no surprises and the job came in on budget. The other, posted in April 2022, is a one-star note about pizza boxes thrown from the company truck on Route 3 — a complaint about conduct on the road rather than about any work. Two written reviews is not much to judge finished work by, so lean on the permit trail instead: ask for the addresses of recent Somerville jobs and talk to those owners before signing anything.
