A&C Construction (Concord, MA)

A&C Construction works out of Concord, taking on the kind of home-improvement jobs that call for more than one trade at once — painting, carpentry, siding, and full-room conversions. On Angi, the business describes itself as owner-run with 15 to 19 years in the field, offering carpentry, painting and siding as its core lines. The reviews on file are short but consistent. One homeowner had a laundry room converted into a full bathroom and a bulkhead turned into an entryway, and called the work timely with careful craftsmanship. Another, working with the crew through a 2025 home remodel, says they handled interior and exterior painting, re-paneling, bathroom work and plumbing, and still relies on them. A third credits the crew with siding and trim repair plus a screened-in porch restoration as part of a broader project. Further back, a 2019 review recalled a house-painting job that still looked good nine years later. Both HomeAdvisor and Angi show a perfect 5-star average, but the sample is small — three ratings on HomeAdvisor and a single one on Angi — so read the rating as encouraging rather than exhaustive. HomeAdvisor lists a Massachusetts trade license (188199, expiring December 2026) for the company, though that's the directory's own record rather than something independently confirmed. For a homeowner juggling several parts of a project — paint, trim, a bathroom or a porch — this is a crew reviewers describe as a single point of contact, worth asking for a few current references given how few reviews are on file.
