In September 2024 a Google reviewer wrote that they had partnered with A Beautiful Co. on three large construction projects — two full renovations and one complete commercial addition, from drawings to finishing touches — and recommended the builder without reservation. The East Lyme company, at 159 Boston Post Rd, says on its website that it has been in business 32 years and delivers construction services throughout Connecticut, whether a project starts from the ground up or transforms an existing space. In May 2026 a one-star Google reviewer wrote that the company's drivers were cutting people off in traffic in New London, in a Dodge Ram with the company's name and number on it, and called them rude. Google shows 3 stars from 8 ratings.
The drivers are terrible, cutting people off in traffic in new London. Why would you drive like that with your company name and number blasted all over your dodge ram? Rude rude rude.
I have partnered with A Beautiful Co. on 3 large construction projects (2 full renovations, and 1 complete commercial addition from drawings to finishing touches). Each project was professionally executed to a high standard of quality. I highly recommend this builder without reservation.
