Not inexpensive but the quality and communications are above average. Peter is honest and delivers on what he says he will do. No upselling. I will call Peter first when I need more roof work.
Pete and his team have done multiple significant projects for my father and me from a new roof and accessible bathroom to door installation. They are first and foremost excellent in workmanship and follow through and also give reasonable and accurate estimates that are based on a thorough assessment of the site and project. For example, on the roof, they came to the site and included variations for the skylights that other companies missed in doing the estimate over the phone. And Montsours still came in lower. For the bathroom, they extended the size to fit the accessible shower without having to move too much plumbing. Basically they designed it perfectly as part of the estimate process. Moutzoures is easy to trust and a pleasure to deal with. No beating around the bush or upselling. Just exactly what you want done at a good price.
