A Custom Company Plumbing & HVAC is a plumbing and HVAC business in Bellingham, MA. In a 2025 Google review, a customer of over 20 years named Bob as the owner and Joe as his longtime employee. In a 2026 Google review, a customer says Joe and his team replaced an old boiler. Everyone was friendly, extremely punctual and communicated clearly from start to finish, the work area was kept very neat, and they took time to explain what they were doing and how the system works. The same customer says Joe is always prompt in responding to calls or texts. The customer of over 20 years wrote in 2025 that Bob and his crew had handled everything from basic plumbing and HVAC repairs to installing a new water heater and AC unit, and completed all the plumbing when the customer finished a basement and installed an in-ground pool. In another 2025 review, a customer whose commercial AC system was not working said they arrived the same day, in the time frame first given, and had it up and running in less than an hour. In a 2023 review, a customer said Bob and his team fixed a heating system that another company had said was under serviceable, and were thousands less than another local small business's quote to replace the system if necessary.
Joe and his team replaced my old boiler, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everyone was friendly, extremely punctual, and communicated clearly from start to finish. The work area was kept very neat, and they took the time to patiently answer every question I had, clearly explaining both what they were doing and how the system works. Joe himself is always prompt in responding to calls or texts, which I really appreciated. Great job all around!

I have worked with A Custom Company for over 20 years. The owner Bob and his crew have worked on everything from basic plumbing and HVAC repairs, to installing a new water heater, AC unit and completed all our plumbing when we finished our basement and installed an in ground pool. They have always been friendly, professional and done great work. Not only is Bob great to work with but his longtime employee Joe is fantastic as well. I would highly recommend A Custom to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC work done at their home
