Notturno Home Services is a family-owned Bellingham company covering HVAC, plumbing, water quality and air quality across MetroWest, with someone on call around the clock. Michael Notturno holds an active Massachusetts master plumber licence, 16086-PL-M. The response times customers describe are short. A homeowner with an emergency water leak in August 2026 had someone at the house within half an hour. Another that month was given an hour window and said Jason Bouchard arrived inside it, stepped out of the truck smiling, looked at the leak and laid out a plan on the spot. In June a household whose air conditioning quit on a Friday afternoon called five companies; Notturno was the only one that called back, and Ashley was there in under 24 hours. In April a leak was diagnosed within 20 minutes, and the crew cut the smallest hole they could in the ceiling to reach it, finishing in a couple of hours. The larger jobs get the same care. In August 2026 a boiler was replaced in an extremely difficult, hard-to-access part of a house. That month a landlord with a brick two-story two-family had one mini split repaired and another installed. A central air replacement in August had every option explained before anything started, with Bobby on the crew. Service plans cover the annual cleanings — one customer's gas furnace, heat pump and tankless water heater were all done in February 2026 with nothing more to pay. People also mention being told what not to buy. Ryan was honest in August 2026 about what would and would not work for cooling one house. In December 2025 Rian Chase called ahead with an earlier slot, gave three options with an eye on cost, and worked through an abnormal problem he ran into. In March 2026 Josh D. flushed a tankless water heater during the annual safety inspection and then went through filtration and softener options when asked. Price is the recurring complaint. A customer in September 2026 who called the company reliable and the work excellent said almost $1,200 to replace the shut-off valves and faucet on one bathroom sink was too much. In August someone put the rate at $580 an hour and said the original installer quoted 40 per cent of what Notturno wanted. Another that month called a same-hour clogged-toilet visit a little pricey but well worth it, and a September reviewer said they were overpriced and that their old faucet was taken away. One oddity worth knowing: the company's own website gives its age differently from page to page — an 'Excellence Since 2008' banner, a '15+ Years of Service' badge, footers claiming over 19 years, and a page description saying it has operated since 1999. For an emergency leak, a boiler or central air replacement, or a service plan that keeps the annual cleanings covered anywhere across MetroWest, this is a strong call on response time and explanation; get the total price in writing before work begins, and take a second quote on any large replacement.

Very pleasant, polite technician. No clean up needed after he finished his work. Double checked that heat/hot water is working properly before leaving.
Amazing job!
Overpriced and the guy took my old faucet. Would not recommend them. They are likely owned by a private equity firm.
I chose to use Notturno because they are very reliable, do excellent work, and have excellent customer service. My only complaint is that I feel they are very overpriced. I paid almost $1200 to replace the shit off valves and faucet for a sink in a bathroom.
