I had a ductless systems installed and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The customer service was excellent.
We paid to have an annual contract with AE Olsen to have priority service on our boiler system in case of emergencies. In the most recent visit, it took them over 6 hours just to get someone assigned because they said that their on-call guy was ghosting them and wouldn’t answer his phone. We were without heat and kept calling back for an update and each time they said that there was nothing they can do. Finally, someone came out, bled the system and left. It didn’t fix the problem, so we called back after an hour and they came back again. This was repeated a third time when it didn’t work. Finally after the 4th request for them to come back and fix (by this time we had to turn the water off to prevent burst pipes in the house because it was below 40 degrees inside), they said that there was nothing they can do. So we received a bill for $550 and they didn’t fix it and refused to come back to address it. When we called to speak to the owner to attempt to waive the $90 service charge, the owner refused. We ended up calling Solla’s Heating (local company) and they came out within 20 mins and properly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. We begrudgingly paid the outstanding bill with AE Olsen and will move our service to Solla’s going forward. Do not use this company - they will charge you hundreds of dollars without resolving the problem and they are not competent to fix common issues. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a very long time.
Very happy with the installation of our new CA coil and compressor. Technicians did a great job removing old system and replacing it with the new one. Very professional and courteous staff.
