A whole AC system, put in between 10am and 5pm: that is how a recent Google customer describes their install from Jim's Heating & Air Conditioning, and they say people who need an AC system should choose Jim. The company says it has been in business for 39 years and lists Southbury and Newtown as its service area. Its website describes HVAC repairs and replacements by its technicians at the customer's home. A 2025 customer who said they were not a paying customer wrote that they called the wrong number and Jim took time to explain how to correct a mistake their own HVAC contractor had made.

I could not recommend this company and Jim more. I called the wrong number (and am not a paying customer) and this gentleman took time out of his day to explain to me how to correct a mistake my actual HVAC guy made. Jim is truly a gem and would trust him unconditionally. If I or friends ever need any work this is the first company I will go to or recommend.
