The company works out of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, with ten people under owner Nivaldo Rocha, who has cleared Thumbtack's background check. Alongside the specialty lifts — hot tubs, pool tables, pianos — they handle ordinary local and long-distance moves, packing and furniture delivery. Two things come up again and again from customers: they answer quickly and they get the job on the calendar quickly. In a May 2026 move, a homeowner had their hot tub delivered and then asked the crew to help lift a gazebo back over it — they stepped in without hesitation, which fits the pattern of the earlier reviews. The caveat is the shape of what's known: it all sits on one platform, and that page cannot keep its own history straight — the overview claims six years in business while its own summary says five. Ask how long they have been doing specialty lifts, and how many of the ten-person crew come on a job like yours. For something heavy and valuable that has to move around the Woonsocket area, this is the outfit built for it. Pin down the crew size and the price for your specific lift before the truck rolls.

The team was responsive to my requests and delivered our hot tub in an efficient and professional manner. The team was very polite and friendly. I asked for assistance with moving my gazebo back on to deck over the hot tub and without hesitation them jumped right in. I highly recommend them for all your moving needs.

Extremely quick to respond and get work scheduled and complete. Very nice and professional to work with. Moved a hot tub and was complete the next day with great communication and photo of completion. Highly recommend and would absolutely use them again.

My wife and I bought a Hot Tub on July 1st...I needed it moved on July 2nd (a holiday for most)...within 10 min of putting my request out on Thumbtack he responded. Very professional and transparent. Secured the deal with a small deposit and Niv and his team were at the location on the hottest day of the year right on time. They had the tub loaded (800lbs) onto the truck within an hour....Drove to my house and got it off the truck and up on its side to move down a narrow walkway at my home. Literally, the temp was about 105 degrees...i was amazed. I couldn't believe I got this done so fast...Thank Niv and team!! After my job in Bridgeport, CT, Niv was driving to New Hampshire for another job. Would Recommend Niv and his team for any project! He's capable and hustles!!
