The few low ratings in the longer history are worth knowing about, and they're notable for what they are: complaints about street access and reaching the office, not about broken furniture or a bill that ballooned. Raimond's is the straightforward call for a Boston-area household move where careful packing and a price that doesn't move matter more than the lowest hourly rate.
