ABC Flooring Specialists

ABC Flooring Specialists supplies and installs ceramic tile, carpet and resilient flooring out of a unit on Delta Drive in Londonderry. Its Better Business Bureau profile puts it at 26 years in business, started in 1997 as T.D. Hudson Tile Co, and displays an A+ rating while listing the business as not BBB accredited. The public written accounts are few and dated: two, from 2019 and 2020. The January 2020 one is a one-star complaint about workmanship, and it raises something specific worth asking about — that installers are not on staff and the work goes to subcontractors, so who turns up varies from job to job. The other, posted in June 2019 under a five-star rating, is not a customer describing a floor. It is addressed to a customer named Chuck and written on behalf of the business, referring to his personal struggles during their dealings and urging him to seek help. The five-star score sits on top of that text, and it is half of the two ratings behind the company's 3-star Google average. If you are weighing ABC Flooring for tile or carpet, ask directly who will be doing the installation and whether they are employees or subcontractors, and ask for recent jobs in the area you can go and look at.
