Most of them name Sam, whom a January 2025 reviewer called the owner; crew members Michael and Esteban come up by name in reviews from 2023 and 2025. Speed and scheduling come up again and again. In June 2024 a customer reached out on a Saturday and had a finished floor by late Wednesday morning. A February 2024 reviewer had a whole house sanded and refinished in two days, and said this was the only one of four companies they compared that did not try to gouge them.
