Flooring Associates

Flooring Associates (doing business as JDS Flooring Associates) is a Londonderry, NH flooring and tile company founded in 2001 by Jay Allen and David Gibson — the source of its 'JDS' name. It serves homeowners across New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts as well as builders, developers, commercial contractors and property managers, installing carpet, hardwood, tile, vinyl and stone flooring along with custom showers, granite countertops and backsplashes. The written record is thin. In a December 2025 review, a customer summed up the experience simply: nice people, nice place, nice prices. The only other account, a 2022 review, reads less like a homeowner describing finished work and more like someone who worked on a job site raising concerns about how the company treated its construction crews and made staffing decisions. The company says it has been a member of Starnet Worldwide, a national co-op of commercial flooring companies, since 2015 — a membership also noted in trade-press coverage of Starnet's newest members.
