Northeast Flooring Solutions says it distributes, installs and contracts on commercial, industrial and residential flooring systems across New England. Its website says Dan Livingston established it as Northeast Safe-T Solutions in February 1991, and that he serves as CEO of the family business. A businessnhmagazine.com piece calls it a commercial flooring installation company in Londonderry. Procore shows 34 projects for it. A 2022 customer hired it for polished concrete after being told it was a low dust process. That 2022 customer said there was dust all over every wall, damage to multiple walls and spots on the floor that weren't sanded enough. The same 2022 customer said they did end up fixing what needed to be fixed and covered the damages, but expected to be paid in full for an incomplete job, and later sent a "seriously past due" invoice email for a bill settled in June. A 2025 customer called it a pleasure to work with and praised its quality work and communication. A 2021 reviewer said its truck drivers were unsafe on the highway and cut people off. Its BBB grade is A+, and it holds 4.5 stars on Google from 17 ratings.
