I wasn’t going to leave this review but had the final straw today. I hired northeast in the beginning of the year to do polished concrete. Was told it was a low dust process so I could have the paint done beforehand. Not only was there dust all over every wall that I had to clean, there was damage to multiple walls that was ignored by the contractors as well as spots on the floor that weren’t sanded enough. After going back and forth they did end up fixing what needed to be fixed and covered the damages but not without expecting to be paid in full for an incomplete job. Furthermore, I received an email today claiming that I have a “seriously past due” invoice, an invoice that I had settled up on in June. Book keeping and professionalism is scarce at this “company”.

The guys driving the trucks on the highway are really unsafe and cut people off. I wouldn’t use this business just because if you can’t drive how can I trust your work
