After 29 years of dealing with snow issues in regards to the roof on our ranch house we decided it was time to look into a metal alternative even though we had just replaced the roofing 4 years ago. We contacted five contractors for estimates, a couple of the major ones, but Jesse and Able Metal Roofing and Siding was the best choice we saw. He came and discussed the issues, the material he used and actually measured the roof (none of the other had) to give us an estimate. His price was fair compared to the others, but it was his manner and professionalism that made him the top choice. He was the actual contractor, not a salesman, and took the time to totally understand what our requirements were. He arrived and with his team did an amazing job, removing the old shingles, inspected the area and covered the entire roofing area and a 9 foot (!) section of Ice/Water protection. The installation of the metal sections went quick, the most time spent was installing the proper soffits that our roof never had. They came in the morning and left in the evening, aside from the weekend Nor'easter, every day from start to finish. Our neighbors have all commented on how great the roof looks, and now we no longer worry about the winter issues, no more raking the roof, no more ice dams. Jesse was a true pleasure to work with and we are very happy with our choice of him as a contractor, I feel we could not have gotten better.

Great job done by Dylan and his dad. They made quick work doing a tear off and installing shingles on our out building. Clean workmanship and reasonably priced.
