Above and Beyond Plumbing and Heating

Above and Beyond Plumbing and Heating does plumbing and heating work. In a 2025 Google review, a customer whose gas boiler had not worked for days said Josh came that evening to assess it, recommended cleaning the heat exchanger and replacing the pilot control, and, when the new part turned out defective, went to two different supply houses for a replacement and returned that afternoon to get the boiler working. The same 2025 customer said Josh checked in multiple times over the next week. A recent Google reviewer says Josh puts covers on his shoes and towels over the work area, and has been able to fix issues from a picture of the problem area. In a 2026 review, a customer who found water in the basement said Josh called back at 7 pm to help counsel them through the leak and came the next morning to fix it. A 2026 customer said Josh installed two bathroom vanities and two toilets. A 2022 customer said Josh came to repair a leaking pipe, found the water heater was also leaking, told them about a warranty still on it, and did the warranty paperwork for the replacement. In a 2023 review, a customer said Josh gave three options for a new water heater and then sent two workers, Mike and Phil, who were in and out in a few hours. A 2022 customer said Josh repaired a Rheem hot water heater after the first company they called wasn't willing to do just the repair. A 2022 customer said a plumber wanted 5k as a deposit and they were told switching cast iron sewer pipes to PVC would cost 13k to 15k, and that Josh came out within the next day, fixed the problem, and it cost $470. A 2024 customer said the company installed dual-zone mini splits and worked outside in the pouring rain. A general contractor wrote in 2024 that Josh and his team had started doing all of the HVAC and plumbing on the GC's full house builds. In a 2025 review, a reviewer said Above & Beyond had been doing work for them at the Sutton Housing Authority over the past six years. The company's website lists HVAC repair, installation and maintenance alongside plumbing services, and names a service area that includes Worcester, Framingham, Shrewsbury and Leominster. In a 2024 Google review, a customer said the company refused to offer a maintenance plan because it didn't sell them the unit, and called that very disappointing.
