⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish Woke up Sunday morning to a loud furnace and found water all over the basement floor. Called Cam’s Oil and within minutes a tech called me back and said he’d be there in an hour. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed the issue right away. Failed hot water heater. Not something that could be fixed on a Sunday without parts. Instead of leaving me stuck, he reconfigured my boiler so I still had heat and got me through the situation. Monday morning I called the office. They already had things moving. The new water heater was expected that afternoon and install scheduled for first thing Tuesday. Tuesday at 8:15 AM the install tech was in my driveway. Different guy, same level of professionalism. He got right to work and by 2:00 PM I had a brand new water heater installed, system reconfigured properly, and everything running exactly as it should. I’ve been in the trades my whole life, and I pay attention to workmanship. The install is clean, neat, and done right. No shortcuts. What really stands out is the consistency. Fast response, clear communication, and two different techs who both cared about doing the job right. This is how service should be done.

Didn’t deliver all summer even though we had been paying with auto pay. Let us get empty and then charged us extra. Won’t give us a delivery time or day when we called for more oil. Zero help from the people who answer the phone. Terrible company.
