The honest limit here is the customer record. No platform on file publishes a star average or a single review body for this company, and the one direct homeowner voice is a June 2026 comment on r/WorcesterMA in a Central Massachusetts Mass Save thread, where a commenter wrote that they used JV Mechanical and that the company was awesome. That is a real endorsement, but it is one line from one person, and it is the reason the rating here stays modest and its confidence low. What stands in for a track record instead is permit history: BuildZoom shows 59 permitted projects across towns as far afield as Westford, Westborough, Attleboro, Braintree, Stow, Norwell and North Attleboro. A reasonable call for ductless heat pump, boiler and radiant work in the Webster area — ask for the specific licence numbers of the people who will do your job, and confirm them with the state.
