I had a great experience working with Above Grade Home Inspection Services. From the very first call, Connie was wonderful to speak with - friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They were able to fit me into their schedule very quickly, which I truly appreciated during a time-sensitive home purchase. Jeremy conducted the inspection and was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and clear in explaining his findings both during the inspection and in the final report. He pointed out important issues without being alarmist and helped me understand what was truly urgent versus what was typical for the age of the home. The report was detailed, well organized, and easy to follow, which made it very helpful as I navigate next steps with my agent, lender and attorney. Overall, the entire process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. I would absolutely recommend Above Grade Home Inspection Services to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and informative home inspection.
Jeremy and Connie are fantastic. The inspection was very comprehensive and my wife and I were walked through the entire house with a lot of detail! Would definitely recommend!
I have not worked with them directly, but their costumer service is great. Emailed asking about an inspection that was out of their scope, and they added a helpful tip in their response to help me out.
Jeremy was exceptional from start to finish. His knowledge and attention to detail were immediately apparent, and he took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the inspection in a clear, thoughtful way. Jeremy was candid about what mattered, what didn’t, and where to focus attention without ever being alarmist. He conducted himself with the highest level of professionalism, arrived prepared, and was incredibly patient in answering all of my questions. His insights gave me real confidence in understanding the home and making informed decisions. It was clear he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for highly professional home inspector. He sets the standard for what a home inspection should be.
