Absolute Precision Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Called at 8:45, Bryan at the door by ten: that is how a May 2026 Google review describes Absolute Precision Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Middleton. The company says its founder, a Master Plumber, started with one pickup truck in 1985 and incorporated in 1992; it now serves towns across Essex and Middlesex County. It holds 4.9 stars from 511 Google ratings and an A+ from BBB. Its Massachusetts plumber licence is active. Two names come up again and again. Bryan handles much of the plumbing: in April 2026 reviews he fixed a leaking heating-zone pipe, replaced a water heater past its life expectancy and, with Frankie, replaced a broken bathtub pipe under a floor. In a February 2026 review, a customer finishing a kitchen renovation said he installed the sink, faucet, gas stove and refrigerator water line in one visit, staying late to test every connection. Brad does much of the heating and cooling work; a June 2026 customer said he descaled their tankless water heater and did the annual maintenance on their AC system. A July 2026 reviewer said they had used the company for 17 years, and an August 2026 Reddit commenter said it installed a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat system at the best price around. Reaching the office has been a problem for some customers. In an October 2023 review, a customer said they called more than 20 times and left multiple voicemails without a response, and an April 2025 reviewer who praised an oil-to-gas conversion added that the company later went two months without returning calls or texts about an issue with the installation.
