What those reviews describe, over and over, is a maintenance relationship rather than a one-off call. A June 2026 reviewer mentioned the reminder postcard that arrives every six months. Technicians get named constantly — George, Marino Peña, Adamo, Devona, Adrian, Kyle, Matthew — and usually for the same two things: arriving inside the window, and explaining what they did. Pin down the annual maintenance price in writing before you sign, ask what each recurring visit covers, and ask for post-sanitizing instructions to be left at every tap the system feeds, not just the sink.
