Nearly every review of AC Interior Carpentry is about the same kind of job: a door that won't close, a cabinet pulling off the wall, a shelf that needs to hold. Customers name the same person doing the work — Armand — and ten of them have written since January 2026, nine giving five stars and one giving four. The accounts are specific in a way generic praise isn't. A January 2026 reviewer described a basement door that wouldn't shut; it was fixed that day, along with a lock that had been stiff for years. Another homeowner had two kitchen cabinets, one of them a large pantry, coming away from the wall and re-secured. In February a customer wrote that a door and cabinets were measured and installed precisely with a clean, solid finish, and a January review credited him with hanging shelves on what the homeowner called a sketchy wall so they would stay put. The habits that come up again and again are punctuality, clear communication, and leaving the place clean. That is the profile of a careful repair-and-install carpenter rather than a big-project builder — the work described runs to doors, door frames, hardware, cabinets and shelving. Two things are worth knowing. The written history is short and young: all ten reviews date from 2026, spanning January to June. And Angi and HomeAdvisor show the same ten reviews rather than two independent sets, so the record is narrower than two directories at 4.9 might suggest. For small interior carpentry around a Quincy-area home — a sticking door, cabinets that need re-hanging, trim and hardware work — this is a well-matched call. For anything larger, get the scope and price in writing first, since nothing in the written history describes a project at that scale.
They did a great job. If I have something to do in the future, I will use them again.
Hired to replace a metal door handle and fix multiple cabinet doors. Professional and paid attention to detail. Would definitely hire again.
Armand did a great job re-securing 2 kitchen cabinets ( a large pantry and adjacent cabinet) which were coming off the wall! Knew just what to do. Was professional, courteous and neat as a pin. Would recommend and rehire him if the need arises.
He was polite. Punctually totally professional! Excellent work!
Needed a new door frame and was done very efficiently communicated any issues that came up while fixing
