AC Interior Carpentry is a small Quincy shop built on the calls other trades skip — a door that won't latch, a cabinet pulling away from the wall, a lock that's seized up. Despite the carpentry name, the eleven reviews on Angi and HomeAdvisor cluster almost entirely around this kind of targeted repair work rather than larger remodeling jobs. The reviews, running from January through August 2026, average 4.9 stars and are almost uniformly five-star. A technician named Armand comes up by name again and again: reviewers describe him re-securing kitchen cabinets that were coming off the wall, hanging shelves on what one customer called a "sketchy wall," replacing a metal door handle and fixing multiple cabinet doors in one visit, and, in one detailed account, fixing both a sticking basement door and a stubborn lock the same day he was called. Several reviewers specifically mention being called back quickly and getting an appointment set up with little friction. The company says it offers free estimates and does not provide emergency or warranty service — worth knowing if a problem can't wait or something needs a guarantee after the fact. Anyone hiring AC Interior Carpentry should expect a good fit for exactly this kind of job — door hardware, cabinet fixes, shelving, small fix-it work — rather than a full remodel, and can confirm scope and price up front given the free estimate.

Hired to replace a metal door handle and fix multiple cabinet doors. Professional and paid attention to detail. Would definitely hire again.
Armand did a great job re-securing 2 kitchen cabinets ( a large pantry and adjacent cabinet) which were coming off the wall! Knew just what to do. Was professional, courteous and neat as a pin. Would recommend and rehire him if the need arises.
He was polite. Punctually totally professional! Excellent work!
