Almost everyone who writes about ACB Realty is writing about the same thing: selling a house. Across 78 Google ratings averaging 4.6, sellers do most of the talking, and what they describe is the preparation before the sign goes in the yard and the pace of replies once it does. The office is at 40 Pearl Street in Braintree. The company says it serves Eastern Massachusetts with buying, selling, investing and rental services, plus loan and relocation programs. Its Better Business Bureau page puts the corporation's start at 2010, sixteen years in business, eight employees, with Gregory Anderson as president and founder; that page carries an A+ grade and lists no complaints and no government actions. Recent sellers are concrete about what they got. One couple selling while moving out of state described Greg and Nichole keeping them informed at every step of the process. Another seller said the market analysis Anderson brought to the very first meeting was what settled their nerves, and that questions came back answered quickly. A third, working the rental side of the business, called him thorough and clear with renter and owner alike. The name that recurs is Anderson's own, which tells you something about how the shop is organized: this is a small team with one person at the center of it. The rougher history is real and worth knowing before you call. The one-star reviews on file are several years old and cluster on the rental and tenant side rather than the sales side: no reply after a homeowner completed a questionnaire the office itself sent, a disputed rental screening fee with no follow-up on other apartments, a warning about deposit money, and one review alleging a viewing was refused over a support animal, which the reviewer framed as housing discrimination. None of it appears in the last year of reviews, and the BBB page shows no complaints filed there, so the two sources point in different directions on that part of the business. If you're listing a home on the South Shore or into Boston and want an agent who does the pricing and marketing homework before the first sit-down, the recent sales reviews line up behind that. If you're coming as a renter rather than a seller, ask up front exactly what any application or screening fee covers, what happens if that unit falls through, and how the office handles assistance-animal requests, and get the answers in writing before any money changes hands.

We had a wonderful experience with Greg and Nichole at ACB Realty as we sold our house and moved out of state. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They truly had our backs, helped us navigate every step with ease, and kept us informed of every development along the way. I had no idea selling a home could be this easy. We highly recommend Greg, Nichole, and the ACB Realty team!

Greg Anderson and the whole A.C.B. team made selling our home feel easy. They were professional, super detail‑oriented, and always quick to answer any questions we had. From the very first meeting, my wife and I could tell Greg really did his homework — the market analysis and packet he brought were organized and thoughtful, which immediately gave us confidence. After just one weekend of open houses, A.C.B. brought in multiple offers well above asking. Within a week of hitting the market, we negotiated and accepted an offer. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend Greg and his team for any real estate needs.
