Accurate Fence

Accurate Fence has installed vinyl, cedar, chain-link and pool fencing for customers who later returned for more work, alongside complaints about repairs and missed installations. The company says it is based in East Falmouth, has 20 years in business, and installs, repairs and designs fences across Cape Cod. Its stated service area includes Falmouth, Mashpee, Bourne, Sandwich and Barnstable; it also advertises pergolas and outdoor shower structures. In a November 2025 Google review, a customer described vinyl fences at their own and their mother's properties, plus cedar fencing at another location. They praised punctuality, workmanship and fair prices. A March 2023 reviewer described hiring Chris for wood fencing in 2021/2022, then returning for another privacy-fence section in 2023. In a March 2024 review, another customer said the team installed a wood picket fence to match a split-rail fence and completed that installation in one day. Prices drew specific praise in older accounts. A September 2023 reviewer said Accurate Fence submitted the lowest of four quotes and kept the scheduled installation date. An August 2023 customer described white vinyl fencing, chain-link fencing and an indoor kennel area, praising responsiveness and follow-up. A June 2022 reviewer described replacing cedar fencing with reinforced vinyl fencing and a double gate. Google lists a 4.3-star average from 56 ratings. Other customers described unresolved problems. In December 2025, a reviewer said drilling for a front-step railing cracked a granite slab; the worker promised replacement, but months of calls went unanswered, and the railing post had become loose and dangerous. A September 2025 reviewer complained that the fence began in the wrong place, the last panel was shortened, and unanchored pergola strips were not corrected after a request. A June 2024 reviewer said an agreed installation did not happen and messages went unanswered, leading them to hire someone else. A June 2023 reviewer likewise reported a missed date and unanswered calls. A review dated February 2024 described trouble obtaining a gate repair; its edit said two workers eventually replaced boards after 50 days. In November 2022, another reviewer praised the work but alleged seeing someone use marijuana on the job. By contrast, a July 2022 customer described prompt returns for damage from a fallen branch and a gate latch repair.
