Adan Zuniga works out of Lynn, and his filings cluster in Everett, Revere and Braintree, with single jobs in Marblehead, Wakefield, Randolph, East Boston and Chestnut Hill. The work described in those permits is renovation. A February 2024 job at Cottage Street in Marblehead — $54,340 — renovated a first floor, moved a basement stair to make it safer, put in a new kitchen and added a bathroom. A 2024 permit in Chestnut Hill covered a $49,700 stone-and-concrete back patio built to plan under Brookline's zoning bylaws. One 2022 East Boston filing is for a luminous channel-letter sign with an aluminium base, which is commercial signage rather than homeowner work. Four of the thirteen permits fall in the last three years, so this is a small, steady operation rather than a busy one. BuildZoom's write-up describes eight years in the trade and lists kitchen and bathroom renovation, painting, flooring and carpentry, but that text is the directory's own unsourced copy, not the contractor's statement. One credential is listed: a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor licence, CS-111508, which BuildZoom says it checked as active in June 2026. No Home Improvement Contractor registration appears alongside it — and BuildZoom's own page notes that nonstructural residential home improvement work requires one. That is the question to put first: ask for the HIC registration number as well as the supervisor licence, and check both with the state before any contract is signed. No customer has published anything about this contractor anywhere, so there is nothing to weigh on workmanship. If you are considering him, lean on references from the recent Everett and Marblehead jobs, a written scope, and proof of insurance.
