The written accounts run from 2020 to 2026 and are specific about what got done. A September 2021 reviewer selling a Charlestown condo listed a light fixture removed, a ceiling hole patched and painted, new tile in the mud room and deck repairs with a full stain. In an October 2021 review, a homeowner with storm flood damage described flood cuts repaired, drywall installed, cracks filled, trim and molding built, and paint touch-ups. An October 2024 customer named a new door, new vents, drywall work and broken roof shingles replaced across several projects.
