I hired Adrian to power wash my house. The power washing itself came out nicely, but while doing the job, they damaged my brand new mahogany front porch decking (and this after I asked if the porch would be safe!). Cleaning solution bleached the stain out in many places. Adrian told me that in order for the decking to look good, the entire decking would have to be sanded and restrained (which is true). He convinced me that the decking needed another coat of stain regardless of the damage (stupid me for allowing myself to be convinced and for thinking he was honest) and so he would do it for another $200. So he and his crew sanded (and did a terrible job) and stained but failed to follow the instructions on the can of stain. As a result I have an uneven sanded porch with sticky/tacky stain. I also have stain splashed on my white siding. When I called Adrian and told him how it had come out and that he had done it incorrectly (this was verified by two other professionals) and that I had absolutely no confidence in his ability to fix the mess he'd left, he agreed to return the extra $200 immediately (never mind getting it fixed correctly is going to cost around $500!). That was six weeks ago and I haven't received a thing. He has refused to answer my texts, calls, and emails. In the end, my $600 power washing is going to cost me $1300! The man who had originally appeared professional and courteous turned out to be a lying hack.

Adrian quoted a price that at first I thought was a little high. As they got into the project I realized that it was was well worth the money. He made the deck shine. Adrian and his crew will do a great job for you and are well worth the money.
