Excellent contractor
They were professional, fast and efficient. In no time at all, they diagnosed and fixed the problem on a 25+ year old central ac unit. I will definitely use them for any heating & cooling issues that may arise in the future. I will highly recommend them to people looking to have hvac work done.
The yearly air service was performed very nicely by Max. It is always a pleasure to work with Max. He is always very friendly and informative involving what he is doing to my equipment. I look forward to having him service my heating system in the fall. Thanks alot Max, Gary A, Rocky Hill, CT.
They are just ok, worse with service problems and customer service is also lacking. Not recommended
On 11/03/2025 my tenant called to say he was without heat. Due to retirement, I was without a contractor. Based on reviews, I called Advanced Mechanical and Max came out that afternoon, he determined the problem and then went to Hartford for the part. By 5:00 PM my tenant had heat. Max explained the problem and he answered all my questions. I highly recommend Advanced Mechanical.
