Mystique Oil LLC

This isn't our usual oil place; however, we called them in a pinch when we ran out of oil on a Sunday evening on a very cold day. They said that they could have someone out the same night which is what we needed woth four young kids in the house. Five hours later no one had showed up and we hadn't even heard from anyone. My husband called in for an update, but you never actually get to talk to anyone, it's just an answering service that gives you no information. The person was shocked that we hadn't heard from anyone and said they would send another message. At midnight after STILL not hearing anything we called again only to be told that they would send another message but that they probably weren't coming! I accepted rhat we would just have to wait it out until the next day. The next day, STILL no one had showed up or even called. I called for an update once again and was told they didn't know if anyone was coming today. It was only and answering service again, on a Monday during business hours. I was informed that she would send another message, to who I dont know. After waiting and still not hearing from anyone, I called and requested our "delivery" be cancelled and found someone who could confirm they would be coming same day. Awful experience. Will never attempt to use them again.

In the end a disaster, they tried but a complete disaster, not nice at all either

I have never been so disappointed. I have used Mystique Oil for 12 years. Recently they delivered oil but for the first time ever pulled into my driveway instead of parking on the street. We had just replaced our driveway so it was less than a month old. Their truck was leaking fluid which leaked all over our driveway. The drive never said a word. After contacting them the driver came back and actually made it worse, trying to take away the spot. After speaking with our paving company we learned that the area that was damaged voided our warranty. The driver from Mystique kept telling me they would make it right once the owner was back in town since he acknowledged it was his fault. Since that time I have been ghosted by the owner of the company. I ended up putting a claim in to my insurance but now have to pay an additional amount of $2000.00 per my deductible since I need to put a new driveway in, since it cannot be patched. Needless to say I have to find a new company and will never recommend them to anyone. 12 years of loyalty for nothing.

Horrible attitude from the guy and the woman, sounded like they didn't want to work and the guy told me to call someone else! Awful, not recommended!!
