I've used Advanced Mechanical Systems to service my furnace for the last several years and will continue using them without any hesitation. Twice in the last couple of years, I've had pin hole leaks in different expansion tanks on my boiler and hot water heater and on both occasions AMS has sent techs out the same day to fix and replace the tanks. Most recently, AMS handled replacing the tank under a factory warranty without any questions. AMS' technicians are personable, knowledgeable, professional and have answered virtually every question I've had about by complex HVAC system. I would highly recommend using AMS for any HVAC or plumbing project.

I used Advanced Mechanical for a total system replacement a few weeks back. I was thoroughly impressed with Joe in our meeting. He went over several things that I didn’t even think about considering. This company did not try to upsell me; Joe was courteous, professional and kept the meeting to a level that I could understand. I had a great experience with Advanced Mechanical Systems Inc. Bobby came to my home in Hudson (Dover Circle) for maintenance, and he did an excellent job. He was thorough, hardworking, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I had previously hired Petro Home Services, and unfortunately, they only spent a few minutes checking things and didn’t do a good job at all. I have a radiant system with a Viessmann wall unit (Hot water and boiler). I hadn’t serviced it for a couple years because I had other companies come and had little confidence I was getting any value. I had a valve spring a leak and called AMS. Danielle arrived and spotted the leak and talked me through the repair and issue. She offered a cleaning for the boiler and i gladly accepted. She also walked me through the boiler functionality, a few improvements I could make both physically and to the programming. She was direct, clear and a pleasure to deal with.
