Endless Energy is a Massachusetts HVAC company based in Acton, with a Marlborough location operating as Endless Energy New England Inc. Its Massachusetts HVAC license is active, and Mass Save named it one of 50 top-quality heat pump installers in its Heat Pump Leader Network. Press releases say the company also opened a Needham showroom and added a Randolph service location in 2026. Reviewers keep the story simple: fast, polite service on heating and cooling calls. In the past six months, customers have praised a technician who "put up with the dogs" during a visit, called the crew trustworthy and easy to reach with questions, and had a technician diagnose a failed AC compressor still covered under warranty. Further back, in a 2024 review a customer described a heating issue diagnosed quickly with a partial fix completed from parts on the truck, then finished once the right parts arrived; a 2023 review described a similarly fast AC condenser fix. That kind of responsiveness shows up in a 4.9-star Angi rating (17 reviews) and a 4.7-star Google rating (15 ratings). The company's written record runs much deeper than its recent reviews: 19 reviews stretch back to 2014, most of them five-star accounts of mini-split, heat pump and solar installations. Not everything in that longer history is clean, though — its BBB profile shows two of the three reviews posted there are negative, pointing to unresolved follow-up and customer-service complaints, and in a 2014 review a customer described months of delays on a solar project after the company blamed the town for a permitting holdup the customer said wasn't accurate. Angi and BBB both list plumbing, electrical, insulation and even solar work alongside HVAC, though only plumbing has a specific customer account behind it — a condo owner said the phone team stayed responsive and coordinated repair timing around other contractors on site. Worth asking directly what's covered under any secondary trade before booking, and worth noting BBB and Angi disagree on how long the company has been around — 19 years by BBB's count, 46 by Angi's. Endless Energy looks like a solid call for heat pump, mini-split and AC/furnace work, backed by an active state license and a Mass Save network credential. For anything outside HVAC, confirm scope and licensing directly, and ask what happened with the BBB complaints if it's been a while since they were posted.
