Its Massachusetts HVAC license, 934-SM-B, is active on the state registry in the name of Endless Energy New England Inc. In a 2026 review, a customer said a technician came out to check the AC, found the compressor wasn't working, and said the compressor was under warranty and would be replaced. A 2024 Google customer with a heating issue said they came the next day, did a partial fix with parts in the truck, then ordered the needed parts and came back to complete the work. A 2023 customer said they fixed an AC condenser after quickly diagnosing the issue. A 2020 customer said the company assisted with all aspects of the Mass Save program and took care of submitting the paperwork. In a 2015 review, a customer said the work took three times the labor quoted because of the home's design, and the company did not ask to increase the price. A 2014 customer said the company guaranteed zero electric bills and selling electricity back to the electric company, and that it was all happening; that 2014 customer thought the company was a little high but said the price was reasonable for what they got. That 2014 customer said the job, supposed to be completed in early July, wasn't completed until the middle of August, and called it a very bad experience. A BBB reviewer said one of the mini-split units the company installed vibrates noisily and was never adjusted despite complaints. A BBB reviewer said the service people were very helpful but that the company has horrible customer service and no motivation to help customers.

This kind technician came out to check my AC found that the compressor wasn’t working and noticed that the unit was burnt out but compressor is under warranty and are going to replace it 100% fabulous work done by my young gentleman here and the backing is 100% 100%
