The company says it has been in business 40 years and names New Haven, Fairfield, Middlesex and Hartford as its service area. Its BBB grade is A+, and it holds 3.4 stars from 16 Google ratings. A 2023 customer said Jesus and Kevin installed new springs and called the workmen knowledgeable, polite and efficient. A 2022 customer wrote that they showed up early the next day and that the job was done quick and under the expected cost. A 2025 customer said the scheduler had no idea what they were talking about when they called with the problem and the exact part. That 2025 customer said the repair man announced the part wasn't available, that they would not install an alternative, and that the only option was to replace the unit. The same 2025 customer wrote that the part was $4.97 and that they had ordered it.
I'm not sure what happened to the service here. When I called with a description of the problem and the exact part, the scheduler had no idea what I was talking about. Repair man shows up on time today and promptly announces the part isn't available and they won't install an alternative. Only option is to replace the unit. The part is $4.97. I just ordered it. Good job guys, way to lose my business. I'll take down the review if you just send over a different repair man and install the part on Friday (I bought extras if you need any)
Worked with this company when I was in my own business. Now retired I’m going to try them my self
