A November 2024 reviewer said the estimate was accurate, installation took only a few hours and the sales rep made no hard sell. One customer, writing in September 2024, had hired them at two houses: at the first, they redesigned a downspout layout that had been sending water toward a wet basement, added custom flashing where the roof met the wall and chimney without charging extra, and the water problems stopped. At the second they redesigned the downspouts again, put on 6-inch gutters, then came back for gutter guard and a repair where a tree branch crushed a corner. An October 2024 review describes a 35-year-old system replaced on a house with an out-of-level back section, with a system designed to drain well. A June 2023 customer with a slate roof on a 250-year-old home got covers matched to that roof.
