Advanced Wildlife Control Inc lists bat, squirrel, raccoon and rodent removal and prevention on its own website, which also says the business has been around 50 years. A recent customer in Salem, NH, who hired the company for a bat inspection and exclusion named Mike as the owner and said he explained what works for bat prevention and what does not. A recent customer said that after a single visit, Mike sealed up the house so the bats could get out but not back in. A customer in the NH seacoast area wrote that the first service they called offered only a whole-house exclusion, while Mike took a more tailored approach, and that while sealing roof areas he found and removed a couple of birds nests under the eaves. When a raccoon ripped off one customer's ridge vent, they wrote that Mike patched the roof before the rain, set a trap and installed Ridge Guard. A recent customer said Mike sealed attic entry points and installed a one-way door, then added that they could not get him to return calls or texts to come back and complete the job. A recent customer who hired him for bats in their walls said he put in temporary exits, never came back to seal the entrance, and that they had paid over $1,000. A 2025 customer wrote that they paid hundreds of dollars and still had mice in the attic. A 2024 customer said they never heard back after texting their information to schedule. A 2024 customer wrote that the first two attempts to clear bats and squirrels from the attic failed, that the third cost $3,000 and came with a 10-year written guarantee, and an update to that review said they had been without bats and squirrels for 10 years.
I called Mike to address a bat colony we had at our residence. We just had him come out and seal up our attic entry points and install a one way door. Not only was Mike very fair, but he was very timely, and honest as well. We were quoted by a local company in barrington to do the same job and they were double the price. Call AWC for your wildlife needs. You won’t regret it. Edit I can’t get him to return my calls or texts to come back and complete the job
We had bats in our attic and needed to have them removed. I called several companies and Mike’s quote was the best and he was the most responsive. After a single visit, he was able to seal up the house so the bats could get out but not back in. Highly recommended, thanks for your help Mike!
I called Mike of Advanced Wildlife Control inc. regarding bat droppings in my attic. He replied promptly, then came to look at the problem, agreed it was bats and told me what he would do. He obviously knew his craft very well. He came out a few days later to do the work. He was focused and did a great job and left everything clean and neat. I am pretty sure this will work the first time, but he will come back under his warranty for a year at no cost. I highly recommend Advanced Wildlife Control without reservation.
Mike has always been there when we needed him! We were out of town when a pesky raccoon ripped off our ridge vent for the third time. We sent Mike a text and he immediately patched our roof before the rain, set a trap and installed Ridge Guard for us! Highly recommend!!
We recently worked with Advanced Wildlife Control for a bat inspection and exclusion at our home in Salem, NH, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Mike, the owner, was incredibly responsive, transparent, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. From the moment we reached out, Mike took the time to explain what actually works for bat prevention and what doesn’t. His honesty was refreshing, he didn’t try to upsell gimmicks or quick fixes, and he clearly knows his craft. He walked us through the inspection, the exclusion plan, and even shared real-world examples to help us understand why physical entry prevention is the only reliable long-term solution. Communication was excellent. Every question we asked, about one-way doors, annual inspections, deposits, and ridge guard, was answered thoroughly and without hesitation. Mike made it clear that his pricing is fair, consistent, and based on real job requirements, not surprises or add-ons. What stood out most was his professionalism and integrity. Even when we asked about removing one-way doors later, he assured us there would be no extra service call if we chose to have them removed. He also clarified that reinspection's and warranty extensions are straightforward and reasonably priced. It’s rare to find a contractor who is this communicative, honest, and customer focused. We felt confident and informed every step of the way, and we truly appreciated how easy Mike made the process, especially during a stressful situation like finding bats inside the home. We highly recommend Advanced Wildlife Control to anyone dealing with wildlife issues. Exceptional service, deep expertise, and genuine care for the customer.
