Johnny came to the house yesterday. Knowledgeable, polite, courteous. He even told us the lawn sprinklers were soaking the lunch boxes of the painters and helped me move them so they didnt get soaked. Haven't had a bug all summer.

Edit: one of the owners called me and met me halfway having a respray completed. I use to be very happy with this company who’s provided mosquito and tick treatment to my property for years. However, I called after a rushed recent treatment, to inform them we are getting attacked by mosquitoes in our yard. I was expecting a re-spray and to move on. However, I was told they won’t respray until you’ve met their 3 treatment requirement. When I told them it’s unacceptable and I’m not paying them to have mosquitos in my yard, I was told it’s their peak season so they can’t guarantee they have someone available to come back out and re-spray. So be aware they won’t come fix your yard that you’re paying them to keep mosquitos out of until you pay them for 3 services, and even then it’s peak season (no kidding!) so they may not have someone able to come out and promptly fix the issue. Update 5/20: it’s been two days since I told them this is unacceptable and that they would relay the information back to management and I have not heard back. I will be inquiring with other companies for these services.

Staff are the friendliest people ever!! The price is HIGHLY competitive, the service is excellent! They’re very mindful of the weather and adjust treatment dates as necessary
