Mark is the painter customers name at Affordable Painting, a Billerica, MA interior and exterior residential painting contractor that says it is family owned and operated, run by Mark Venuti, President, and serves Massachusetts and New Hampshire. It holds 4.7 from 71 ratings on Angi and 4.8 from 5 ratings on Google. The written reviews run from 2014 to 2024. In a November 2023 Google review, a customer had the kitchen, hall and stairway painted, woodwork included, starting within a few days of the quote. A January 2023 Angi customer had the interior, cabinets, mantle and stair railing painted and the kitchen wallpaper removed, and said there were no surprises in costs at completion. In a 2016 review, Mark arrived promptly at 7:30 to paint an entryway with very high vaulted ceilings, put on two coats and finished in one day. A 2015 customer said Mark and Zak handled a very tough wallpaper removal job. Two older reviews are less happy. A 2016 customer who had used the company many years earlier said the dining room ceiling still looked streaky after about four coats, and that calls were not returned when promised. A 2015 reviewer called the attention to detail fair and wanted more care with sanding the wall surface.
Mark did an exceptional job on our interior project. He is a hard worker, is there when he said he would be there, very professional, and reasonably priced. We would absolutely hire him again.
We found Mark on Angis List and hired him to paint before we moved into our new house. He did a fantastic job and completed the job pretty quickly. I will definitely use him again.
Mark was recommended by a friend. He got right back to me and scheduled time to come and give me a quote and he started the project within a few days. He was very professional and respectful of my property. He was punctual each day and kept to a schedule. His prep work, painting, and clean-up were exceptional. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job he did and I will definitely hire him again soon.
Mark just finished painting my kitchen, hall, and stairway, including the woodwork. He came to price the job, got back to me with a quote, and started the job within a few days. He was a true professional, and the work he did was completed quickly and impeccably. He was always prompt, very neat, and respectful of my property. He took his time and prepped the area completely before painting. I didn’t have to worry about a single detail.
