Facts: This company was hired based on a referral based on work performed years prior and my belief that their premium price translated to expertise. I hired them for labor of limestone installation. I paid 50% up front ($3500) despite my purchase of all materials. Their team was on time and responsive but not skilled. They charged extra for ?high quality material? and extra time for ?marble specialist? as well as ?project management?. The project manager never once showed up, despite multiple inquiries informing of inferior work and request of oversight. I have since hired a professional who will need two days to remove the grout before making corrections to install and finalizing project. Their last message and images below.. This company is at a general handyman level. Please do not expect expertise in any one skill, you will not get it.
