We had Eddie and his team build a new addition to our home and remodel our bathroom. The process was smooth and the results were great. We're absolutely thrilled with both. In particular, Eddie was very good about communicating. He was easy to get in touch with and always did a good job letting us know what steps were coming next.

They delivered the remodeled kitchen and bath that we envisioned on time and on budget. The price was in keeping with other quality estimates we received. The work began exactly on the day Eddie had named as a starting date a couple of months earlier when we first contacted him. The only costs beyond the contract were for changes we requested and approved. We were particularly impressed with the respect for our home and work ethic of his crew, Mattheus and Samuel, but every subcontractor provided high quality work that inspectors complimented and passed without any concerns. The materials used were excellent. Eddie’s goal is to be sure that his clients are fully satisfied. He was good at making adjustments where needed and solving the problems that arise in an older house. Most of all, Eddie communicates reliably. We always knew what was going on, when it was happening, and who was coming. If we had needs or questions, he responded quickly, and he let us know in advance what he would need from us. We will use Excellence Home Builders again without hesitation.

Excellence Home Builders helped us complete a long-planned great room and mud room addition to our existing home. Eddie was always willing to answer our many, many questions as well as help us determine budgetary issues when they arose during construction. His crew were very friendly, conscientious, always on time and left a very clean worksite. The new spaces turned out lovely and we couldn't be happier with the space. He added a garage with master bedroom above it along with additional renovations to existing bedrooms. I am so pleased with the addition to our home. This is a contractor that is attentive to all the details from start to finish. He and his crew were polite, well mannered hard working men. They show up every day, same time and put in a full day of work with a friendly cheerful attitude. Communication was also a huge plus with Eddie. He always returned calls / messages timely. He did not show any frustration with me when I made changes or asked for something else. He spoke the truth with me and aims to please! There’s no doubt that his crew love what they do, as it’s apparent in the quality of the work.
