Evan did a dryer vent cleaning for us today. He was very professional, responsive and thorough. We will be calling him in the future to help with our air ducts.
I had a great experience with Evan's service! He did a fantastic job cleaning out all of our air vents and dryer vent. Beyond the cleaning, he also identified some mold issues we weren't aware of and immediately provided a clear, effective solution. He was extremely professional, friendly, and had great communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for thorough and reliable vent cleaning!
Evan was prompt and quick at scheduling. He explained the technical process even drew it out to help understand what will be done; walked through the house and explained how he will perform the services. He did the job focusing on each vent meticulously and cleaned up and kept the work areas clean - removing close to 10lbs of debris (omg!!!) The house smells fresh and I see a huge difference in air and efficiency in the AC system. I really appreciate the work and would highly recommend this business to everyone who is looking for good and reliable duct cleaning services. Five stars!
I was very happy with their work. They were very professional and reliable, and their pricing was quite reasonable.
Evan was quick to respond on Thumbtack, arrived exactly when he said he would, and fully resolved a clog I had in my dryer vent. He helpfully repositioned my dryer to reduce the amount of piping and mitigate the potential for another issue. I appreciate that he also checked in with me to confirm everything was continuing to function properly.
