I highly recommend Air Guardian Inc. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary services. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. They were thorough, arrived when they said they would, and did a great job keeping everything clean and organized. It’s clear that they genuinely care about doing the job right and making sure their customers are satisfied.

Dealing with water issues is never easy. But the guys from Air Guardian at least made the cleanup and removal much easier. They were friendly, respectful, neat and thorough. And I feel better knowing they tested the air. I would not hesitate using them again.

We recently hired Air Guardian Inc. for a basement mold mitigation project, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Tanner was originally referred to us by our home inspector, who has been in the business for years. Our inspector told us that Tanner is the only contractor he recommends, describing him simply as 'different.' After going through this process, I can completely validate that statement. One of the best things about working with Tanner is that he absolutely does not try to upsell you or push for unnecessary extras; he sticks exactly to his quote and delivers on every promise. I also want to give a massive thank you to Matt and the on-site field crew. They put in incredibly hard work, paid attention to the tedious details, and focused strictly on getting the job done right. Thanks to their thoroughness, our basement passed a strict, independent third-party air clearance test with flying colors. In fact, after the independent inspector (who traveled down from MA) finished evaluating the basement, he specifically asked me who did the mitigation work. I told him it was Air Guardian, and when I asked why he wanted to know, he said that there aren't many good mold mitigation companies in Rhode Island and he was highly impressed by the quality of the cleanup. If you are dealing with a mold issue and want true professionals who will fix it right the first time, Tanner and his team are exactly who you need to hire.
